Why not let Shellee come to you? Shellee offers a three-stage home consultation, including a joint visit to the grocery store, to help you set your nutrition plan in motion.
Initial Visit
Even before your visit, Shellee will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and to start keeping a food journal. During the visit, Shellee will conduct a detailed assessment of your current nutrition indicators: weight, BMI, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle perctentage, visceral fat level and resting metabolism. Together you will discuss your food journal and, using that as a starting point, outline your fitness and nutritional goals. You’ll get plenty of advice and how to keep on track both at home and when you’re out and about.
Second Visit – Meeting at the grocery store
Good nutrition begins in your shopping cart. Shellee will accompany you to the grocery store and offer you a crash course is separating truth from fiction when it comes to food labeling. She’ll offer guidance on specific products and help you create your shopping list in accordance with the goals you established during the initial visit. She will also provide you with a suggested exercise plan to complement your new eating style.
Week 3 – Follow up
Shellee will reassess your indicators (weight, body fat percentage, etc.) to see what progress you’ve made. Together you and Shellee will review your food journal and fitness regimen and she will help you to identify what works and what doesn’t. By the end of the session, you will have a revised plan that is perfectly adapted to your lifestyle and goals, and that provides optimum nutrition with sustainable results.
